Biography

Ethan penned his first ever professional contract at the age of 16 when he signed for Dundee and earned the distinct honour of being the first youngster from the Dundee FC Performance School to sign a professional contract at the club.

The midfielder has been a part of the academy since he was ten-years old and has played for the U18s at the tender age of 16. Crombie also found himself around the first team when he played the whole of the second half in a 2-0 pre-season victory away to Arbroath in 2025. He also started the next week in a 3-0 victory over Brechin City.

Crombie would then sign on-loan for Brechin in November on a cooperative loan, making an instant impact with the club with numerous man of the match displays.

The midfielder would find himself on the bench numerous times during the season, including away to Rangers and at home to Kilmarnock and Motherwell in December.

He would finally make his debut for the club in the 26/27 League Cup when he replaced Ryan Finnigan in midfield on the 84th minute during our 4-2 victory over Airdrie at Dens.
